しかし、当初の目的は解像度を上げて、Gimpのように、広い画面を必要とするア
プリケーションを使いたかったのですが、色々な値で試しても、今度は、大きく
画面がずれたりするので、ここの設定値をどうすればいいかを知りたいのですが
？

もう1点。次にログイン画面が出ないなどの事態だけでなく、システムがおかし
くなった時の為に、runレヴェル3での起動を覚えたいのですが、岸さんが書かれ
た通りやってみようとした所

の通り、VineLinux（Current Kernel）を選択してeを押しても
図B1になりません。下記の画面になります。

ここでeを押しても何も起こらないので、pを押して、Grubパスワード、rootパス
ワード、ユーザーパスワード全て試しましたが、受け付けてくれませんでした。
そもそも、インストール時にブートローダのパスワードを設定しない方が良かっ
たのでしょうか、何か間違えた操作をしているのでしょうか。教えて頂ければと
存じます。
